Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions.

What are your prices?
My sitting fee is $65 for a studio session at my home and $85 for an outdoor/location session. Additonal travel fees may apply to sessions outside the Longmont area. The sitting fee is due at time of session. Please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to send you a pamphet with my prices for prints and other products.

How long will it take to get my pictures?
It takes me 2 weeks or less to prepare your proofs and they will be posted online for you to view. I will email you a link to view your proofs, please forward the link to family and friends. Please remember all images are property of Carolyn Turner Photography and are copyrighted. It is illegal to copy them in any form. You choose the poses, sizes and quantity and then email your choices to me. I will verify the order and once your order is placed it takes 3-6 business days for your prints to arrive.

How long do I have to place my order?
The sooner you place your order the sooner you will have your portraits but I understand how busy life can get so I give you ample time to do so. Please place your order within three weeks of your proofs being posted online. Orders placed after this time will subject to an additional processing fee.

Can I buy a CD of my pictures?
I currently do not have any packages that include a CD of your portraits but if you have a special need please contact me.

What should I expect at a studio session?
I have a professional studio in my home that provides a private and relaxed experience. It is perfect for groups smaller than 7 people and offers an alternative to that unpredicatable Colorado weather. I have many props for themes such as birthdays, Christmas, Easter, dress up, baby bath and many more.

Where can we have an outdoor or location session?
I will usually meet you at your location of choice. I love to include the beauty of Colorado in my portraits whenever I can. I have several favorite outdoor locations but I am always open for any new ideas. I will also travel to your home for a location session.

What if I don't like my pictures?
I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied I will do whatever it takes to make it right or I will refund your money.

How long is a photography session?
Each session is 30 minutes to 1 hour for a studio session and 1-2 hours for a outdoor/location session. My goal is to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and fun for everyone.

What days and times can I schedule a session?
I am avaliable Monday through Saturday. Time of day varies from week to week but I will do my best to schedule a time that works for your family and my family. I often schedule sessions on Saturdays or weekday evenings to accomodate work schedules.

Can I make copies of my portraits?
All images remain the property of Carolyn Turner Photography and are protected by US copyright laws. Reproduction of any kind is strictly prohibited and it also isn't very nice. Carolyn Turner Photography reserves the right to use images for display, publication and promotion.
